Jason Williams

 

Jason J. Williams is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families.   With over ten years of clinical experience he provides goal oriented, solution focused, brief therapy to address a wide range of relationship and emotional issues.  His areas of expertise include:

▪ Marriage and family counseling.

▪ Treatment for depression, anxiety, and bi-polar mood disorder.

▪ Child & adolescent behavioral problems including ADD/ADHD.

▪ Grief and loss.

▪ Trauma Recovery and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

He believes that therapy is about results and those results are best measured by clients achieving desired goals.  Jason understands that relationships with those we love can at times contribute to pain and sorrow but also hold the greatest potential for joy and happiness.   He is passionate about his work and is confident that clients who seek services with him as their therapist will benefit greatly.

Professional Training

Jason regularly attends seminars and conferences to stay current on clinical research and successful counseling methods.  He recently attended conferences on: PTSD, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bi-Polar Mood Disorders, Psychopharmacology, and Anger Management.

Jason has presented to several local church and civic groups as well as at professional conferences.
