Hours available for each therapist may vary. Check therapist pages for individual hours. Office staff is available for scheduling and questions Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 to 3:00.

Insurance
We accept most major health care plans and are providers for many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please contact us for additonal information.
Payment
Cash, check, all major debit & credit cards, and benefit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a no-show fee as outlined in the new patient form.
