Diana S. Ayotte is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in women's issues, child and adolescent counseling and sandtray therapy. Diana is also trained to perform Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a technique used to resolve symptoms resulting from exposure to a traumatic or distressing event. Diana implements many experiential techniques such as art, music and metaphor into the therapeutic process. Other areas of expertise include marriage and family therapy, addictions, chronic pain and adoption. Diana is a Brigham City native who frequently presents to local organizations. She enjoys her service with the Youth Empowerment Team and facilitates classes for the Strengthening Families Program as well as Family Works. Diana is a professional speaker and has presented numerous seminars and workshops around the state.
